Right of withdrawal from the Agreement
You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 100 days without providing any reason.
The deadline to withdraw from the Agreement shall expire after 100 days from the date on which you acquired the Product, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal from the Agreement, you should inform E-R2 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością S.K.A. of the decision to withdraw from the Agreement by sending a letter to the following address: ul. Stara Droga 3, 62-002 Suchy Las, or e-mail to: info.en@apart.eu.
You can use the specimen of the withdrawal from the Agreement form, but it is not mandatory.
In order to keep the deadline for withdrawal from the Agreement, you just need to send information concerning exercising your right of withdrawal from the Agreement before the deadline to withdraw from the Agreement.
Results of withdrawal from the Agreement
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the Product (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest regular delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this Agreement. We shall refund your payment using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you shall not be charged any fees in connection with the refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until the receipt of the Product or until you have supplied evidence of sending them back to us, depending on which event occurs first.
Please send or give us back the Product immediately, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us on your withdrawal from the Agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the Product not later than 14 days.
You are responsible only for the reduction in the value of the Product resulting from its use in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
